1. Using the store

Curve Line INC operates fancest.com as Fancest; “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that operator. Using the website or ordering means you agree to these terms; please do not use it if you disagree. The Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Payment Policy form part of these terms.

2. Ordering

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate, current and complete information. Your order is an offer to buy. We may cancel for a pricing or description error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock; if payment was collected for a canceled order, we issue a full refund. Prices are in USD and applicable sales tax is shown before checkout confirmation. Images are illustrative and colors or finishes may appear slightly different.

3. Accounts and conduct

Keep your password secure and email support@fancest.com immediately if you believe your account was accessed without permission. Do not use the site unlawfully, submit false or fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or security, infringe others' rights, upload malware or harmful code, or seek unauthorized access. Subject to law, violations may result in refusal of service, cancellation or restricted access. We refund payment for a paid order we cancel.

4. Content and third parties

Site text, product descriptions, images, logos and layouts are owned by Curve Line INC or used with permission and protected by copyright and trademark law. Do not copy or reuse them without prior written permission except as law permits. Third-party marks belong to their owners. Identifying a product by another party's name or mark does not itself imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement or authorization. We do not claim authorized-dealer status without documented authorization. See Legal Notice and About Us.

5. Shopify and privacy

Shopify hosts the store. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled, and Shopify processes interactions with our store, other merchants and Shopify for enhanced services including personalization and advertising. Shopify and service providers receiving information may be in other countries. Some enhanced services may involve sharing or targeted advertising under applicable U.S. state laws. Use Your Privacy Choices or contact us about an applicable opt-out. Read Shopify’s Consumer Privacy Policy and visit Shopify’s privacy portal for its practices and choices.

6. Liability and rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses from site use or product purchase, and total liability for a product claim is limited to the amount actually paid for that product. These limits apply only where law permits. Nothing excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot be waived or limited under applicable federal or state law.

7. Updates and governing law

We may post revised terms and change the date above. Continued use after an update takes effect means acceptance to the extent allowed by applicable law; updates do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived. The laws of Mississippi govern without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to rights and jurisdiction rules that cannot be waived, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Mississippi.
