At checkout

Fancest is operated by Curve Line INC. Prices and checkout payments are in USD. Applicable sales tax is not included in prices and is calculated and shown before checkout is completed. Standard shipping is free to all 50 states and Washington, D.C., with no minimum purchase.

Use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Diners Club cards. Shop Pay and PayPal may also be selected when displayed at checkout.

Available methods appear at checkout. Digital wallets depend on device or browser support and whether enabled for the order. Shopify Payments and the providers identified at checkout process payments securely. Payment is captured automatically at checkout when an order is placed; your provider may show a pending authorization before the completed charge. Purchases are one-time; we do not offer subscriptions or recurring deliveries.

Payment help

If payment fails or is declined, check billing information and contact your payment provider if needed. Try another method shown at checkout, or contact support@fancest.com for help checking whether an order was placed. For a possible duplicate charge, send us your order number and the date and amount of each entry so we can check the record. A pending authorization differs from a completed charge; your provider can confirm its status.

We may ask for order or billing verification to prevent fraud. We never request your full card number, CVV, account password or payment login credentials by email. We do not request off-site bank transfers, cryptocurrency or payment to a personal account.

Refund timing

After receipt and inspection of your return and approval of the refund, we issue it to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or provider may need extra time to post the credit. See our Refund Policy for eligibility and process, and our Shipping Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable federal or state law.

This address is for business correspondence only. It is not a walk-in retail store and does not accept in-person visits.
