1. Your privacy choices
Depending on your state and applicable law, you may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Use Your Privacy Choices or email support@fancest.com. Where applicable, a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is treated as an opt-out request for the sending browser or device, not automatically for others.
2. Scope and operator
“We,” “us” and “our” mean Fancest, operated by Curve Line INC. This policy covers information handled when you visit fancest.com, contact us or order. We serve customers in the United States.
3. Information and sources
We receive information from you, automatically from site use and from service providers. This includes name, email, phone, billing and shipping addresses, products, order value, purchase history, return or refund requests and customer service communications. Cookies and similar technologies collect information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring site and timestamps.
Processors handle payments; we do not store full card numbers. We do not collect Social Security numbers, financial account login credentials or precise location information. Please do not send these in customer service messages.
4. Why we use information
We use information for order processing and delivery, returns and refunds, support, order and shipping updates, fraud prevention, site security and legal duties. Usage information helps us understand visits and improve operation. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent.
Shopify hosts the store and provides ecommerce and website measurement tools. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled: Shopify processes interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify for enhanced services, including personalization and advertising features.
5. Disclosures
We disclose information to Shopify, payment processors, carriers and other providers supporting store operations. When acting as our service providers, they use it on our behalf for store services. Shopify and providers may be located in other countries.
CWILL (Parcel Panel) provides order tracking and processes order and shipment information needed for it; it may process tracking-page interactions. See Track Your Order.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose it when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, sale or business transfer.
6. Cookies and consent
Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout and security; preference cookies remember choices; analytics cookies help us understand visits and improve the site. Shopify features may use cookies or similar technologies for measurement, personalization and advertising, subject to applicable privacy choices. You may manage cookies in your browser and limit device identifiers in device settings; disabling cookies may affect features. Reading this policy is not consent; where consent is required, the site's controls handle it separately.
7. State privacy requests
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other states may have applicable rights to know, access, correct or delete personal information and opt out as described above. We do not discriminate for exercising applicable rights. For California residents, including where the CCPA as amended by the CPRA applies, sections 3–6 describe the categories collected in the preceding 12 months, their sources, purposes and recipient categories.
Email support@fancest.com with subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify identity using order details or email information held. An authorized agent may submit a request; we may request proof of authorization and verification as required by law. We respond to applicable access, correction and deletion requests within 45 calendar days and notify you of a permitted extension. Opt-outs are handled within the shorter period required by applicable law. If we deny a request and you have a right to appeal, reply with subject “Privacy Appeal.”
8. EEA and UK
If European or U.K. data protection law applies, legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating and securing the store, and legal obligations; where consent is required for an activity, we rely on consent. Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a portable copy, object to certain processing, and complain to your local data protection authority. 9. Email, retention and security
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using their link or by contacting support@fancest.com. Transactional messages, including order confirmations and shipping updates, are separate and may still be sent when needed. Transaction records are kept as needed for tax, accounting and legal duties; other information only as long as needed for the purposes described. When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
10. Maps and children
Contact maps load only when you choose to load them. Loading connects your browser to Google and shares browser or device information; a notice appears beforehand.
The site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 or sell or share information of people we know are under 16. If you believe a child provided information, contact support@fancest.com so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
